Our Story
Taylor Protocols was founded by Lynn Ellsworth Taylor with a revolutionary vision: to create an assessment that measures who people truly are at their core—not just their behaviors or preferences.
Through over 30 years of dedicated research, Lynn developed the Core Values Index (CVI), a core values assessment unlike any other. While other personality tests measure how people behave in different situations, the CVI measures the innate, unchanging core values that drive everything we do.
